I’m Tiffany Cunningham, a Florida Registered Paralegal with over 20 years of legal experience, including 17 years of providing litigation support in complex cases within an AmLaw 100 firm. My extensive background spans consumer finance and class action matters, as well as experience across various practice areas, enabling me to deliver well-rounded litigation support tailored to the unique needs of each case.
Originally from the Midwest, I started my career in Chicago and have spent the last decade based in West Palm Beach, Florida. In addition to being a Florida Registered Paralegal, I hold a real estate sales associate license and am a commissioned notary public, which adds valuable perspective to financial and property-related matters.
Since founding Paralegal Impressions in 2016, I have offered independent paralegal services to attorneys and law firms nationwide, providing high-level, detail-driven litigation support throughout all phases of a case—from intake through resolution.
My legal experience includes managing large-scale litigation data, overseeing all aspects of discovery, preparing materials for depositions, hearings, and trials, conducting legal research, maintaining case databases, and managing client reporting and communication. I also train attorneys and staff on client guidelines and systems, and have developed firm-wide tools, including a proprietary case management system, to enhance efficiency, reporting, and overall case management.
My litigation support is further strengthened by my background in real estate and prior experience in mortgage lending and financial institutions, allowing me to provide insightful assistance in property and lending matters while supporting attorneys in a variety of complex litigation.

In my personal time, I enjoy cooking, photography, and traveling with my husband, along with staying active, spending time at the beach, and enjoying life with our cat and dog.
