My name is Tiffany Cunningham, and I am a legal professional with over 18 years of certified paralegal experience in several practice areas. I am a Florida registered paralegal, Florida licensed real estate sales associate, and notary public.

Paralegal Impressions LLC provides a broad range of independent paralegal services to large firms, small firms, and solo practitioners nationwide on a project-by-project basis for which hiring a full time paralegal is not feasible, and members of the public who need assistance with routine legal tasks that do not involve the rendering of legal advice, consistent with the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct and other applicable law.

I am a Florida registered paralegal, licensed real estate sales associate, and notary public. I have 18 years of experience as a certified paralegal. I obtained a real estate sales associate license in 2018, an ABA approved Certificate in Paralegal Studies in 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2003. I am a member of the Florida Paralegal Association and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations.
I worked for a large financial institution in Chicago for several years followed by an AmLaw 100 law firm for 14 years, where I was a top-performing paralegal firm-wide and served as primary support for the consumer finance and class action practice groups. In 2016 I formed Paralegal Impressions to provide independent paralegal services to my former employer as well as other firms and lawyers nationwide.
I have experience in banking and financial institutions litigation, broker-dealer litigation and arbitration, business formation and corporation litigation, condominium law, class actions, consumer finance, land trust, personal injury, TCPA litigation, and trust and estate litigation. I have experience with most technology used in the legal profession, including Westlaw and Lexis, CaseMap, Concordance, CounselLink, Disco, Legal Tracker, PACER, Relativity, Reveal, and others. I am also skilled in Excel and Nuance.
