Paralegal Impressions LLC provides a broad range of independent paralegal services to large firms, small firms, and solo practitioners nationwide on a project-by-project basis for which hiring a full time paralegal is not feasible, and members of the public who need assistance with routine legal tasks that do not involve the rendering of legal advice, consistent with the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct and other applicable law.

My Paralegal Profile
I am a Florida registered paralegal, licensed real estate sales associate, and notary public. I have 20 years of experience as a certified paralegal. For the last 16 years I have focused my career on consumer finance and class action litigation at an AmLaw 100 law firm. In 2016 I formed Paralegal Impressions to provide independent paralegal services to my former employer as well as other firms and lawyers nationwide.
I collaborate with attorneys to support them in efficiently delivering superior client service. Some of the services I perform include:
1) Prepare and organize materials for depositions, hearings, and trials
2) Manage all aspects of discovery including drafting, organizing, reviewing, redacting, and producing documents
3) Train attorneys, paralegals, and support personnel to ensure compliance with clients’ guidelines, policies, and procedures
4) Provide clients with case information using systems such as CounselLink and Legal Tracker
5) Develop and implement methods to improve efficiency, lower cost, and maximize profit
6) Conduct research and obtain documents/information
7) Create and maintain shared calendars for various litigation teams
Most of my experience involves the management and organization of high-volume litigation data. I was responsible for the development of a proprietary web-based application called Case Tracker. This system was used to track case data and billing statistics for thousands of cases firm-wide to manage caseloads, ensure efficient case resolution, maximize profitability, and generate customizable reports for clients and attorneys.
Although I specialize in consumer finance and class action litigation, I also have experience in aviation litigation, broker-dealer litigation and arbitration, business formation and corporate litigation, condominium law, healthcare litigation, land trusts, personal injury, TCPA litigation, and trust and estate litigation.
